We Need Music! How about those Dervishers?

If you're day is not going well, put on some music!!!

I have a super long list of amazing songs that without a doubt put me in a better mood.  Try making one if you don't have one already.

Other things to do if you want to get your brain going, if you're gloomy, or if you're bored:
Downward dog
twirl (its really good for your health, can you believe it?, check out those dervishers!, more to come on them)
Try standing on one leg, see how long you can do it.
Tea it up!!!
